MULTIR kick-off meeting

We are thrilled to announce the successful launch of the MULTIR consortium, which convened in the beautiful city of Paris on January 24th and 25th, 2024. This inaugural meeting was held in a hybrid format, blending in-person and virtual participation to maximize engagement. Hosted by our coordinator, Inserm, the event united all consortium partners for dynamic discussions and collaborative strategizing.

Throughout the meeting, consortium members seized the opportunity to present the project's targets, implementation strategies and anticipated outcomes for all the different Work Packages. This interactive exchange facilitated invaluable insights and feedback, laying a robust groundwork for the forthcoming phase of project execution.

Following this successful start, the MULTIR consortium is fully committed to its mission, which entails collating data from various cancer types to pinpoint pivotal factors in tumor-host interactions influencing therapy response. Embracing a multidisciplinary approach with leading experts from diverse domains across Europe, including clinicians, immunologists, omics specialists, digital innovators, social scientists, and patient advocates, MULTIR endeavors to drive profound impact across scientific, technological, and societal realms.

Stay tuned for ongoing updates on our progress and accomplishments as we embark on our journey to enhance cancer treatment outcomes through an enriched comprehension of tumor-host interactions.
